To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因有家人回港聚會, 居於麗豪酒店,所以到此餐廰吃自助餐. 訂枱指明要池伴,我們有長者及嬰兒, 職員很有禮貌.安排了合適位置,心想酒店食物,應該水準不錯,可惜大失所望.食物種類少,最初的食物 較為好吃,再refil時己換了其他質素較差之食物.訂枱時, 職員説鵝肝是送上的,事實是自助的.池伴燒烤食物質素極差, 還要限量配給.鵝肝"梅". "牛排"比快餐店的早餐牛排份量還小.Tuna及所有壽司也是"梅"的,一看 顏色,便知全不新鮮.較為好吃的食物食是螺及甜品.總括來說, 職員有禮貌,環境一流, 食物質素與價錢不成正比,食用完之碟,很久才收(最後大半小時更是沒有人收碟), 有食客說,自助餐連收碟也是自助,幸好食物衛生,但即使有信用咭優惠也不會再來.
