To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質素有問題，但態度更加差

今日嗌咗一碟泰式蝦醬肉碎炒飯，嗰碟飯嚟到， 我摷嚟摷去都摷唔到肉碎，跟住同個男侍應講呢個問題， 「我哋呢度係咁嘅，同出面可能有啲唔同」 大佬丫55蚊一碟炒飯呀，我唔叫白飯呀， 跟住真係頂唔順，我覺得唔值，叫多一個高級少少嘅職員嚟，同佢講多次，佢就話同廚房反映返，但係佢都唔係幫我解決個問題，譬如幫我換個碟或者叫我轉其他食物，最後最後 食完成碟炒飯，搵到三粒綠豆大細嘅肉碎，嗰三粒我冇食落肚，留喺隻碟嗰度，畀佢哋睇多次，跟住佢就話唔收我錢，但我話唔好，你照收， 你哋咁嘅態度我最多冇下次嘅啫……失手啲料落得唔足，咪認囉，但係死撐冇問題！ 冇肉碎嘅都可以叫做肉碎炒飯，我真係服咗佢哋
