To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午同家人去食,諗住叫野嘅時候睇到店內侍應得兩三個,兩個送緊餐一個去收銀收錢,我哋果枱等左幾分鐘收銀果果先過黎幫手落單,侍應數量明顯不足。再來係食物質素,我哋一共叫左三個餐除咗左口魚餐同下午茶set叫做正正常常可以接受之外最離譜就係個比目魚,第一次上果條外表睇落無咩事,但係一切開裡面係生嘅,攞手指掂下中心係凍架!好似啱啱係雪櫃攞出嚟咁,叫果侍應過來幫手換左佢,好啦,換完啦,睇落炸得幾好睇又出曬煙咁,心諗今次點都得啦應該,一樣切開,驚人嘅事情就發生了,裡面又係生嘅,攞手指試温,凍嘅,emmmmm.......認真第二次都係咁,你不如唔好做算啦!最後服務質素,碟比目魚無喐過,買單準備俾錢,去收銀果邊,同佢講取消比目魚嗰一個餐,佢話去搵經理,走過去果陣仲要講你應該上餐個陣就取消,頂佢,不知所謂,而家係你嗰餐啲質素唔掂,舊魚唔熟所以我先取消,加上條魚外表睇落無事係切開先至知唔熟,借問聲我要點樣即刻取消?當我有透視眼睇到舊魚係生架??經理出嚟幫手取消咗個餐,態度都好啲識得say sorry,不過嗰侍應就真係pk。總之一句講曬下次絕對唔會再幫襯!!(附上第二次上嘅比目魚,同收據嘅相,證明我真係有在
