To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實呢間酒店餐廳小編好多年前都幫襯過😉而一直間唔中都有去食嘅，每年大概去大澳兩至三次而次次都會幫襯呢間，水準高嘅無論係食物或者係服務，可惜呢近年可能因為香港人太悶冇得去旅行啦，變咗就好多人一放假就去郊外離島玩當然包括大澳啦，變相呢個餐廳應該負荷唔到咁大量既食客，佢平時可能講緊嘅只係而家嘅一成loading，太多食客太多人輪候排隊食，就算係前線或者係廚房入邊嘅人手我絕對相信都係嚴重不足咁另外食材方面可能好容易就會賣晒咁我前幾日去食呢間都係想食嗰個黃金鮮魷，都係冇既，前幾日去其實已經係14號平日嚟嘅星期三，因為我朋友生日所以就入大澳行下，不幸地因為東方小x園個素菜館又放假咁逼住去呢度食，其實我哋再嚟呢間亦都係想比多次機會試吓係咪真係差咗，而今次食完小編表示以後都盡量避免黎呢度食。個炸魚薯條係一團粉冇🐟味，個蝦多士好少少，🈶️極少量🦐味既，any肥呢兩樣食物都係完全唔及格以價錢黎講，另外兩杯野飲都係🉐️個甜字，勁難飲服務👌🏽既都算快手，我地排隊等左around 15-20分鐘都入🉐️。不過呢，真心呢個價錢係極度唔值得。奉勸大家盡可能行完大澳出番市區食好過啦
