今日有朋友嚟到觀塘搵我食飯,佢話呢間越南河粉係喺越南買個brand嚟做,都算係過江龍,所以突登嚟試下佢~佢嘅款式主要係牛肉嘅湯河,有啲雞湯河同撈檬,咁我哋梗係要試佢嘅牛河啦!!佢價錢都唔係平,叫咗碗生熟牛肉河粉,$68一碗,都收得幾進取…味道方面,生牛嘅肉質偏嚡,無乜牛味;熟牛就牛腩嚟,但偏硬咗小小,都係無乜牛味…☹️湯底就鹹鹹地,本身以為係用牛煲出嚟嘅精味…..但飲咗幾啖、食完餐飯後覺得勁口渴…應該加咗唔少味精🙂一間主打越南牛河嘅餐廳,收咁嘅價錢,但牛肉嘅質素就令人有啲失望;同埋佢講到咁正宗,我expect個湯會係用牛骨新鮮熬製,但竟然係用味精,呢一點更加係強差人意😫😫😫呢次用餐體驗教識我哋,呢間餐廳真係可一不可再….🙂
