To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱同太太行經海港城，諗唔到食咩好，又有海港城嘅 coupon，太太就話帶我去食千両（可能好難相信，但我真係未食過千両），就係咁，我地就 end-up去咗千両食 late lunch。可能因為時間關係（呢個late lunch都成 4點幾）唔洗等位，馬上員工就安排我地坐底，睇咗一陣menu，眼闊肚窄咁叫咗幾樣嘢（叫咗個鍋，叫咗 d 壽司，叫咗份蟹蓋，叫咗份茶壺湯，最後加份甜品）上菜好快，食物嘅質素高，環境唔錯，加上我地用餐時間唔多人，整體表現好滿意。當然，一分錢一分貨。
