To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質數完全下降

今日去左元氣食個下午茶，其實我地唔係第一次去食，每次去親都覺得食物既味道同服務都唔差，但係今次完全出乎意料之外。因為今次我地去到，我地已經等左十五分鐘，但一樣食物都未黎到，當我地同服務員講，幫我地跟下單，但佢既回應只係一個眼神！！！！！好啦，之後食物黎到，食第一啖烏冬，d烏冬可以係話暖到幾乎凍既地步，都算。個下午茶餐會跟一個小食，我地叫左炸蝦同野菜餅，點知，完完全全真係凍既！！！唔通湯烏冬同炸物炸出黎既都係凍食？？今次黎食，真系徹底失望！！！！唯獨是可以讚既就係新promotion既金川燒係熱既其實今次食完之後既感覺就係下一次唔想再去食。希望佢地會有好既改善。
