To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身湊住個BB,諗住坐得舒服啲,就叫侍應安排卡位給我們,撳飛後當然就要等啦,同時間個侍應話到Number嘅時候會通知我哋,咁我就叫咗個工人姐姐留喺度等,足足等左半個鐘冇行開過,我諗住去洗手間嗰陣都仲未到我哋,咁我就同撳飛俾我嘅侍應講我哋張飛嘅Number係幾多號,佢話下一張卡位係我哋喇,咁我就叫個工人姐姐唔好行開,侍應亦都知道個工人姐姐揸住咗嗰張等枱嘅Number飛喺度等,之後,我就去洗手間,出返嚟,個侍應同我講個Number已經過咗,我即刻問佢點解會過左,我去過廁所5分鐘都冇,我個工人姐姐亦都喺度等緊,侍應亦都知道我工人姐姐揸住張飛嘅Number係下一張枱,工人姐姐亦都冇行開過。開頭我都算,諗住下一張枱安排返俾我,一分鐘後,見有卡位枱走,我就諗住入座啦,點知佢同我講,話我哋過咗Number,要排過咗Number嗰啲人既隊,大約等多45分鐘,當時即刻火都嚟。初初侍應同我哋講話會通知我個工人姐姐,我先放心去廁所,我工人姐姐無行開過,佢冇通知我姐姐不特止,仲要當我哋過咗號碼等多45分鐘,真係不知所謂!元氣,冇下次!

話說仲有一張食$250平$50嘅優惠卷。就去試吓好耐冇食過嘅元氣壽司🍣 大埔超級城地下被佢個秋祭廣告吸引到 點知谷氣入到座先話鮑魚同三盛蝦都冇貨。 但我係六點去到都話冇。想食吞拿魚三盛都冇貨,唯有食其他啦 事實上都揀冇可揀 圖片是油甘魚炸蝦卷簿到一個點嘅吞拿魚$14全晚最好食嘅泡芙 印象中以前得三粒今次有四粒。紫菜林啤啤嘅辣三文魚軍艦因為天婦羅,軟殼蟹都冇貨而叫嘅炸雞件。最後只係食到岩岩好夠數就離開,真係揀無可揀。 總結就係應該短時間唔會再黎。

平時食元氣,最鍾意5:30前幾分鐘到舖頭,然後當晚餐食,因為咁樣食係「最抵食」既。我同朋友要左2個「午後之選」,一個$50、一個$62。點解話佢抵食? 因為如果散叫一定無咁平,又多款,份量就夠,完全係當晚飯咁食。可能時間仲早唔係好多人,所有的食物都好快來到,多到張枱唔係咁擺到,如果可以唔好咁急咁多食物出哂,會食得無咁緊張。我朋友其實唔係好食生野,佢叫左下面呢個餐($50):所有壽司都係全熟的,而另外仲有包括一個烏冬同埋南瓜餅。呢2個好可惜無影到相,烏冬正正常常啦,南瓜餅就好好食,甜甜地,個炸漿亦唔錯,而且來到個時好熱,應該係即炸。壽司方面,講真食物賣相擺盆真係好「求其」,食物展示同上面張相差好遠下。但諗深一層,我都係為左便宜和同個friend傾下計先來食,咁賣相就真係唔係我地睇重的地方。壽司的味道,我個朋友話正正常常啦,無話好、又唔係差。佢最鍾意食饅魚,個汁甜甜地。以下呢個就係我個餐($62),包括的食物亦較多:小食方面,我就叫左薯條,薯條好好好好食,係即炸,好香、食落去係會燙親個口的,要小心啲食。唯一批評係個醬,係沙律醬,唔襯個薯條,我情願要普通蕃茄醬。仲有個章魚小丸子,又係唔記得影相,有3粒,呢個不過不失啦,咁自己又唔會要求係元氣食度日本質素的小丸子,啲章魚小丸子都好熱,裡面不算太外脆內軟,裡面的章魚亦太細粒。仲有個刺身,三塊三文魚,都幾新鮮,幾好食。炸蝦壽司就正正常常,無乜特別。另外仲有3件壽司,其實都係正常野,唯一唔鍾意係中間個件生蝦壽司,係都要加PAT 沙律醬,完全唔夾,感覺有啲似係因為個蝦唔夠新鮮,所以要加啲醬去掩飾。點都好,其實呢餐好抵食,食到好飽,2個人加埋都係$123 (加埋一)
