To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺火炭工業區有間鍾菜館, 酒樓裝修佈置好有中國風, 好特別, 最特別嘅就係用紫砂茶壺, 好有風味; 坐位相隔有距離, 坐得舒服, 另外, 有多款點心可以叫一件, 人頭份唔使嘥嘢, 事不宜遲介紹番啲食物先👇🥢生拆鮮蝦餃😐蝦餃皮太靭, 雖然好多蝦肉, 不過唔算鮮甜, 亦唔juicy, 但係蝦肉都算爽口彈牙👎🥢菜苗海皇餃😐餃皮太淋, 蒸得太過火, 餡料嘅蝦亦無蝦味, 菜苗太淋👎🥢黑松露上素果😐呢款餃皮就正常少少, 餡料係普通嘅上素餃餡料, 食唔出有黑松露味👎🥢春風得意腸😐賣相就靚, 內裏餡料極少, 好似食緊腸粉皮捲住一條炸粉咁, 另外, 腸粉豉油亦好咸👎早市及下午茶皆有優惠, 不過先要付費入會(1年制), 付費後其實都冇蝕底, 因為佢有coupon送返俾你, 另外, 入左會唔使收加一服務費, 茶錢就要$13。食物質素今次屬於非常差, 因為我已經入咗會, 之前來過幾次, 都覺得幾好, 唔知點解今次咁差, 可能點心師傅失手🤔🤨 因為沖茶(自助水機)及落單(QR code)都唔需要侍應嘅關係, 侍應人數不多, 同時侍應的服務態度亦不算太好😔
