To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住在香港仔好耐,一直都好少韓式餐廳進駐香港仔,見香港仔中心開咗呢間韓樂,有見到佢哋餐牌嘅相好似都唔錯,先膽匆匆過去試吓。首先叫咗個芝士炸雞,對佢啲芝士好有期望,點知上到嚟嘅芝士唔好見佢係用鐵板上就一定係熱,上到枱啲雞仲熱過啲芝士,食咗一啖之後,都唔知自己食緊嘅係芝士,完全冇味,到不如我淨係食炸雞。炸雞質素仲恐怖,一嚿炸雞又三分之二都係炸粉,食到自己懷疑人生,真係下次唔會再嚟幫襯。以下呢個飯仲恐怖,啲飯硬到好似未熟咁,一嚿嚿張埋一齊,超級乾身。
