To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新加坡過江龍🇸🇬這家餐廳在吃飯時段一定會有排隊人龍，這次來吃個early dinner就不用排隊了😃//✨招牌雞肉喇沙吃新加坡菜當然要吃喇沙😌聞到濃濃的湯底香味，但入口又不是很濃郁。除了雞肉，還附上很多配料，如魚片、豆卜和雞蛋👍🏼雞肉亦很嫩滑，豆卜也把湯汁吸滿滿～而米線煮得偏硬，個人比較喜歡軟身的，整體不大驚喜，有點普通🤔✨涼粉豆漿紅豆冰很少見紅豆冰是豆漿底呢! 挺特別也好喝，紅豆和涼粉的份量也適中，這杯不錯😋✨鮮斑斕蛋糕伴椰子雪糕這款很吸引，有齊想吃的斑斕蛋糕和椰子雪糕🥥😋蛋糕體鬆軟，說是用上新鮮的斑斕葉製成，沒加人工色素，吃下去也很像以前去新加坡旅行時買到的斑斕蛋糕手信～不過也沒大驚喜，算是小小的回憶中的味道🤣而椰子雪糕也做得不錯，有椰香味之外也吃到一些椰肉👍🏼

吃新加坡菜當然要吃喇沙😌聞到濃濃的湯底香味，但入口又不是很濃郁。除了雞肉，還附上很多配料，如魚片、豆卜和雞蛋👍🏼雞肉亦很嫩滑，豆卜也把湯汁吸滿滿～而米線煮得偏硬，個人比較喜歡軟身的，整體不大驚喜，有點普通🤔

很少見紅豆冰是豆漿底呢! 挺特別也好喝，紅豆和涼粉的份量也適中，這杯不錯😋
