To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間喺銅鑼灣嘅「築地日本料理」果然名不虛傳，不單止性價比高價錢合理，而且食物種類多，有齊魚生壽司、烏冬拉麵、燒物、鍋物、揚物、料理、甜品，總之應有盡有，梗有一款啱你食，有選擇困難症嘅我樣樣都想食，真係唔知點算😝最緊要係食物質素不錯，佢仲有啲一人前至四人前套餐，非常豐富抵食，啱晒家人朋友相聚食餐好嘅，唔怪得知頻頻滿座啦！特別一提，佢哋仲推出左素食一人前，都非常吸引，搵日想食清清地都可以一試！今日因為天氣開始稍涼，所以我主要點了燒物，仲有少許壽司，水準不錯，確實令我滿意！📍三文魚三味 $38 📍海膽壽司 $28所謂嘅三味係三文魚、火焰芝士三文魚同蟹膏三文魚壽司，三文魚新鮮而且厚度適中，火焰芝士非常惹味，而最有驚喜就係蟹膏三文魚，蟹膏非常之鮮味能夠提升三文魚嘅甘香另外海膽壽司係我嘅favourite! 同樣咁新鮮好食！📍鹽燒牛舌 $28📍鹽燒冬菇 $18燒物方面先來鹽燒牛舌同鹽燒冬菇，牛舌燒得非常香口，而且非常脆口彈牙！調味剛剛好！而冬菇都十分新鮮，燒得不錯！📍三文魚頭鮫 $80再嚟三文魚頭鮫，非常之大件抵食，我鍾意食三文魚頭，充滿骨膠原同三脂甘油酸，啱晒貪靚嘅我增加一下皮膚嘅彈力，而且魚頭
