有朋友推介旺角柞木炭家既質素好高，今日就約埋一班朋友嚟食吓餐廳座無虛席，大家記得訂座預約座位闊落適合同朋友傾偈今次我哋選擇咗special Menu，適合三至四人享用一開始有五款前菜和牛盛合和牛雪花分布均勻，餐廳仲主動幫手燒，熟到啱啱好，配上雞蛋同醬油，令和牛口感更加滑牛舌，五花肉，挑骨雞翼，水果醬油雞腿肉牛舌雖然係薄，但仍然可以食到彈牙嘅口感，本身肉類嘅質素好高五花肉燒到外皮香脆，配上泡菜食，味道更佳燒咗好多有醬汁嘅肉類後，餐廳亦主動幫忙換鐵板，10分貼心鰻魚亦係由餐廳主理，鰻魚燒完後會淋上特調醬汁，外皮燒得香脆，魚肉嫩滑，真係忍唔住一啖接一啖半半炸雞炸雞外皮香脆，內裏仍然保留肉質，配上韓式酸辣醬，更為惹味傳統石頭鍋飯石頭鍋熱度十足，可以做到飯焦海鮮煎餅每一啖嘅煎餅都可以食到滿滿嘅海鮮，用料一啲都唔吝嗇，煎餅餅底脆之餘亦唔會太乾👍🏻餐廳嘅食物質素高之餘，服務態度亦都好好，下次有朋友想食韓國嘢都會推介柞木炭家
