To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物還可以但服務態度令人震驚

話說7月11日係我爸爸既生日，我book咗夜晚8點半同佢慶祝(海港只有book6點半or8點半)，我地有9個人，早咗少少到，門口接待阿姨話我地係第一張要等一陣，於是我地就等啦，越等越唔對路，一個又一個後過我地既人入咗去，我地再走去接待問個阿姨，佢又話我地係一個，就係咁我地等咗半個鐘，我地終於忍唔住問個阿姨，點知佢發我地脾氣不特止，將本嘢掟落張枱到，話呢份工好辛苦，仲講粗口鬧我地！d服務態度真係差到爆！到食物方面，我地只有9個人，但點咗12人餐，所以打包咗好多嘢，之前有試過12個人食都唔太食得哂，有燒豬，原隻燒鵝(呢個有少少騷)，有個魚，都幾滑，係成個餐最出色，最重頭氣莫過於拳頭咁大既壽包，有奶黃同蓮蓉兩隻味道，真係幾好味嫁呢個，就算都好飽都食得落，唔錯唔錯
