香港地價租金昂貴,越來越多食肆遷上樓上舖或開業於工業大廈,是晚到訪的御膳亦是其中之一。傍晚時份觀塘的工業區人煙已變稀少,走入工廈,搭過工廈用的拉閘大電梯,才抵達用餐的私房菜餐廳。餐廳內裡裝潢以深色木系作主調,感覺平實不花巧。因坐處放置了大檯,感覺略擠迫。作為私房菜館,菜式當然可依據食客喜好安排增減,亦可依據當日食材鮮度作出微調,不時不食。因小弟一家人普遍偏愛海鮮,菜式當然順理成章以海鮮為主,魚蝦蟹樣樣有,未吃先興奮!一行八人是晚餐單如下: 香芒沙律大蝦球:沙律以香芒、士多啤梨、蘋果及菠蘿作主要食材,蘋果及菠蘿味道不俗,香芒則稍乾身欠汁,生果口感以爽甜為主。大蝦球先經炸香,但因要放於涼菜上,酥脆感難免退減,幸而蝦肉仍保爽口。沙律醬汁雖貌相平實,但味道卻比預期佳。 桂蜜蕃茄青瓜雞腳:這碟冷盤是用作獎勵使用現金結賬的食客。桂蜜蕃茄的桂蜜芳香不太明顯,蕃茄算上清甜,但經冷凍後水份稍被抽乾欠嫩口。青瓜入口脆爽,配上帶微辣的酸汁挺開胃。雞腳賣相飽滿,質感腍身,和青瓜一樣,沾上帶辣的醬汁吃另有一番風味。 砂鍋大魚頭豆腐湯:魚湯呈杏白色,內浸半個大魚頭,魚湯精華盡顯,味道甜美,更令人驚喜的是豆腐

由地鐵站行抵餐廳都幾遠,駕車則方便,工廈正對面有室外停車場,$16/小時,但要留匙。
