To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

計劃咗好一段日子嘅 #大口仔拉麵之旅，呢個週末終於成行🥳餐廳從外到內，都用上以 #大口仔擺設做裝飾，真係未食都興奮🥳 一場嚟到，梗係要試吓幾款以 #大口仔做主題嘅麵食😉 坦白講，成枱食物味道唔算太突出，尤其個 #黑醬油拉麵，口味真係咸咗啲😅 反而 #牛奶拉麵個湯底比較順喉，不過入口始終唔夠熱，有啲煞風景😅 配 #沾麵嘅濃湯充滿 #蟹油香，淋上麵條一齊入口係幾惹味嘅… 不過認真油膩咗啲囉😅 最令人百思不解嘅係佢哋嘅 #章魚燒，#小秘書竟然完全搵唔到 #章魚 🐙 嘅原素😅 不過齋用嚟打吓卡都唔錯嘅🤪整體最令人欣嘗嘅係餐廳對食物同餐具造型一絲不苟，每一小處都好精緻，令人不知不覺投入咗小朋友嘅氛圍🤭 至於食物方便… 建議可以喺溫度同味道方面提升吓，成個體驗一定會變得更perfect啫😉📍#富山麵家 (銅鑼灣) 希雲街7號地舖
