To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午一時多,都未夠兩點,老闆娘見到我哋四個在門外,就主動熱情叫我哋試吓,又話可以叫下午茶。看似小店,就光顧一下。餐牌食物種類都不少。我叫了三重牛(牛柳、T骨、牛舌)飯,可選意粉或薯菜。八十多元,不算平。牛柳厚厚的,不能以西餐廳相比,但的確與茶餐廳類比較,這裡的牛柳,味道和肉質都中上。T骨很長,有三小骨之長,質素一般。有兩片牛舌,我反而覺得這好味,不會鞋,也不會硬,食到牛味,咬感軟淋,適中。阿仔叫了炸雞脾薯條,雞脾都大隻,皮脆。四十幾蚊。我哋還叫了黑椒豬手,七十多元。落單已知豬手不是德國式香脆果隻,但質地軟淋。一個老闆娘頂成個樓面傳菜及收銀,佢都勁,而且對客殷勤有禮。
