To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐具好多污漬及發臭我唔係第一次去呢間餐廳食飯,但係今次見到D餐具咁多污漬,仲要拎比小朋友用,真係忍唔到寫第一次食評。一坐低已經發現枱面碟好多污漬。見咁少服務員,我哋都無打搞佢地。隨便用紙巾同水抹下就算。點知到叫左河粉小朋友食,我哋要求拎兩個碗仔比小朋友,發現個碗又臭又好污漬。我拎去問下服務員,佢哋不只無道歉,仲態度好差。坦白講,食物方面味道係好,但收咁既價值衛生咁差我覺得好唔值!
