To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友一共有7人,訂左牛角食晚餐。諗左好耐食咩plan好,因為有男有女,女仔唔算食得多,叫最貴plan又唔抵,結果要左個90分鍾既plan因為肺炎既關係要分枱坐,有少少失望無得一齊吹水,但為左衛生問題無辦法。我地呢邊有3人一枱,另外4人一枱,因為時間有限,我地要一個用手機落order,一個燒,一個就食。當然工作要輪流咁做,咁就大家有得食XD講返D野食質素,牛角既肉的確係高水平,牛肉牛舌海鮮都係高水準,而落完單後,漏單情況都唔多,好多時都黎齊。最開心係有好多款肉,每款肉仲有唔同既口味。而野飲除左汽水,仲有茶等等。最後唯一比較唔好既係,臨尾有雪糕,但無問我地食咩口味,求其拎幾款味俾我地。擺左一陣我地先發覺黎左雪糕,唔換啦,雪糕拎左出黎一陣再擺入雪櫃無咁好。係度提醒大家預左夠鍾就要走,唔好令侍應難做。

講返D野食質素,牛角既肉的確係高水平,牛肉牛舌海鮮都係高水準,而落完單後,漏單情況都唔多,好多時都黎齊。最開心係有好多款肉,每款肉仲有唔同既口味。

而野飲除左汽水,仲有茶等等。
