To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Came here to enjoy the buffet. A short line and waiting and it was our turn. The waiter let us inside and it was very dark, stuffy with bad air quality. Adjacent table was a having a big BBQ on open fire where the smoke couldn’t dissipate. Fine it’s BBQ, but looking at the ceiling, there was zero extra measure or some sort of extra air ventilation than any other restaurant. Had to order via mobile app, and here is the shocker: upon checking the items, lots of things were sold out! Isn’t this sth that should not have happened to a buffet menu, or at least spare the customer the habit to waste time and put a sign that some items are not available? Shame on you, first lure the customer in, and hope they will accept that some food items are not available!

家人睇左段foodie介紹,78蚊就有半自助,仼添牛角飯、小食等,但唔包肉。打左兩次電話去都無人聽…點知去到話無,得定食套餐。得灣仔、雅蘭、美麗華、裕民坊、沙田好運、新都會先有半自助一場去到都照食啦。揀左五選八款燒肉拼盤$128,有上級牛肋肉、厚切牛舌、美國上級牛頸脊、熊本豚梅肉、雞腿肉等等。牛肋肉係唔錯既幾有油花,其他就正常發揮啦。牛角飯一向都ok的,溫泉蛋正,無蛋腥味。不過珍珠米不夠鬆軟。不過一舊菜都無,有點孤寒,比兩舊仔南瓜丫至少跟餐個麵豉湯完全係水咁,幾舊仔青瓜沾麻醬就係前菜…除了燒肉定食,仲有其他午餐,不過個拉麵超級伏!叉燒酸酸地,湯底十分奇怪完全無麵豉味,麵條不夠筋道,且十分細碗!千萬不要叫

食咗牛角好多次,每次都覺得keep到水準,第一次來到V-Walk呢間,一樣冇失望😚🌟凱撒沙律食咁多肉肉,梗係要食返啲沙律菜中和一下,沙律配料同醬汁配合得啱啱好,係燒肉中嘅清泉🤭🌟日本九州產極上黑毛和牛油脂平均,牛香滿溢🤤🤤🤤🌟甲羅燒又有我最愛嘅甲羅燒😆😆,香濃蟹膏非常邪惡🤩其他嘢食包括豬頸肉、雞扒、蒜蓉牛油蝦等等,全部都腌得好好食,而且肉質嫩滑,配埋牛角飯真係最高享受😍😍

Office附近就有間牛角,當然唔執輸去食番轉牛角任食90分鐘啦!雖然南昌站呢間牛角並非牛角buffet店,不過一樣有任食set!燒肉方面,牛、雞、豬都同其他分店的水準一樣,唔會差得去邊架喇,今次真係要讚賞燒肉個爐啦,燒肉燒得快,我地呢啲番工小薯先可以趕得切,準時過完lunchtime趕得番公司咋,讚!

牛角一向是我的飛佛,而且又做咗會員就會成為忠實粉絲了。平日午市唔算多人唔使等位唔駛等飛,如果下午茶嘅話仲有七折更加抵。仲可以無限免費追加玉子飯和牛角飯。牛角飯一直都係好多人好鍾意食嘅。今日叫咗兩個套餐,雖然係拼盤但係入邊有一塊和牛,真係入口即溶,冇得輸。埋單會員九折咗之後$500幾蚊 ,都唔算平但勝在質素有保證,而且每人食咗兩大碗牛角飯,午市 又有沙律有湯有嘢飲,如果真係好鍾意燒肉的話一定會揀牛角和一定會返轉頭食。
