To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到去就見到個場好full。好彩有預約,咪如果平日食lunch一定無位。平日lunch set價錢由$170到$4xx,大部分都係$2xx-$3xx。個lunch menu都有兩頁,選擇多,刺身/壽司/丼/定食都有好幾款。我就揀咗雜錦魚生飯定食$240。雜錦魚生飯定食個套餐有麵豉湯,沙律,醃蘿白,蒜味螺肉,魚生飯,茶蜿蒸,甜品同餐茶。麵豉湯唔會太咸。蒜味螺肉有少少驚喜,螺肉比連鎖壽司店個啲大隻同厚肉。雖然我冇研究魚生飯入面有咩魚生,但所有野都好新鮮。我以為用黎整魚生飯嘅魚生會比刺身定食個啲次一級,但今餐令我改觀。雖然魚生飯嘅魚生係薄過刺身定食個啲,但依然係高質。我印象中有呑拿魚蓉,三文魚,蝦,帶子,仲有幾片魚。最有驚喜係蝦,就咁睇啲色澤都知新鮮,食落又爽又甜。另外就係呑拿魚蓉,勁鮮甜。平時我都唔係特別鐘意食依兩樣,但今次真係好新鮮。其他魚生都好好食。$240 大份(唔係飯多個種)又高質,係上環黎講,真係唔錯。不得不提,尚善係一間社企餐廳,所有收益會捐比慈善機構,所以今餐真係食得好開心。
