Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺大埔食西餐，又唔想幫襯集團式餐廳，可以考慮一下幫襯Route 83🎉啱啱母親節諗住食飯慶祝，打電話去問有冇得訂枱，留意返佢只係可以book 晚餐，但唔可以book 午餐🤫我訂咗3位7點，去到見到都已經幾枱客👯‍♂️我哋叫咗3樣嘢食：1. 脆皮德國咸豬手咸豬手層皮真係好脆，肉質ok，加埋啲酸瓜同埋其他配菜，口感🆙🆙🆙2. 軟殼蟹蝦肉醬意粉軟殼蟹好味，不過個意粉高略嫌太creamy, 不過整體都可以接受嘅！3. 美國安格斯肉眼牛扒配芝士煙肉焗薯我哋叫咗5成熟，都好食，無overcook焗薯都好好食足料！好香！食完仲坐咗好耐，無俾佢哋趕走，仲不斷為我哋加水服務態度好好
