To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

枱面衛生環境十分污糟(豉油漬、油漬)還有上一台客人剩下的食物碎。餐具如筷子匙羹等應該也是清洗不乾淨，還有食物殘渣殘留。最離譜的就是豉油樽上面按鈕及樽身竟然全部都是豉油，如沒有看清楚就按下去會整到成隻手都係！這間店的員工是沒有看清楚還是懶惰沒有去做好清潔？之後輪到講食物，所有有紫菜在內的壽司(軍艦、手卷)來到的時候紫菜已經完全變淋，令本來食物的味道分數大打折扣。還有的就是如果一碟壽司入面有兩件(例如：海膽墨魚)這兩件壽司的份量會完全不一樣，會出現一個多料一個小料的情況，難道廚房入面沒有一個標準的出餐份量嗎？對於這次消費本人感覺並不愉快。
