To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物OK 既,大多數職員都很好,有些見我燒過火仲會提我。甲羅燒鴨肝多士北海道帆立貝BLT 凱撒沙律日本佐賀產 A5 極上和牛牛肋肉(一般吧!有部份居然咬唔開)月見汁(一定要叫)經常去屯門食牛角,都係食$708 一位既和牛燒肉,以前職員都會比張大枱,昨天訂左12:00 2位,每位$708 (另加一),其中一個門口女帶位職員安排我哋座張好細嘅抬,如果食一般午餐其實係無問題嘅,可以剛剛放到2隻細碟+2杯飲品,因為張枱實在太細於是我一而再再而三要求另一張大抬,講到口水乾諗住唔比我就轉身走,當然最後有比張大枱我,而當時全埸2/3 係吉抬(直至我離開都仲有一半吉抬)我覺得那位職員有問題,態度亦唔多禮貌,一個2小時消費$1400 以上嘅午餐,我覺得會有更多更好嘅餐廳作為選擇!
