今次第一次嚟食,唔係朋友介紹都唔知有呢間嘢!呢間係做私房菜,所以要一早book位及預訂人數,餐按人頭收費,由二百幾起⋯金山扒翅第一次食翅係食到咁大裙,而且個湯嘅芡亦不會太結,不錯!芝麻雞這個是這裡的招牌菜,果然無令人失望,雞皮炸得很脆,加上芝麻食,十分香口。花雕蛋白蒸紅海蟹呢個蟹真係整得唔錯,最緊要蟹夠新鮮,啲肉好嫩滑,又juicy,花雕同蟹又非常夾,正!但可能因蛋白同一時間蒸啲關係,所以無預期般滑。粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味有花膠、海參、鮑魚冬菇等材料,炆得幾入味,但海參就切得碎咗啲。招牌三色蝦有黃金蝦、炸蝦丸,另外嗰個應該係豉油蝦,黃金蝦炸得好香脆,又不會太膩。蝦丸味道唔太特出,但裡面係芝心,有驚喜!豉油蝦都ok,唔太鹹!芒果布甸呢個好唔得,硬硬地又膠膠地咁!

呢個好唔得,硬硬地又膠膠地咁!
Other Info. : 整體食物ok,但服務一般,如叫飲品好多次都唔嚟,上菜速度太快,食唔切,啲嘢又凍哂!而且收10點半,太早,想坐耐啲傾下計都唔得!
