食物正常食材都ok。呢個價位，我会expect佢服務環境好，但服務態度唔合格。叫咗杯咖啡，問可以加牛奶對我來說似乎非常正常 (請睇相你就會知道). 頭一次要服務員反轉頭講解加牛奶呢件事。我覺得呢個價位，加少少牛奶，係咁大件事咩？重點係，大家鍾意既味道唔一樣，有咩所謂呢？有的人鍾意多奶既咖啡，有的人鍾意奶自己加，有的人鍾意咖啡重好味。呢個價位，俾少少customer service，唔得咩？ 因為我從來無遇到呢種情況，我覺得服務真係唔得囉，個感覺非常覺勉強。服務員有話如果怕太濃可以加少的咖啡，呢個提議都OK。加奶佢話可以，佢係强调今次。我又見到另外一個客人帶住狗，個狗勁乖唔嘈。個狗就坐個行李袋入面，即係個狗都冇可能到處亂跑。可惜，佢哋俾叫走。只可以外賣。食物黎講，ok，但係唔覺得哇非常好野味各種。所有的菜都有適量嘅香料調味。帶來嘅感覺係俾左啲心機嚟整嘅。食物又唔係特別出色，服務態度差，點解要幫襯呢？The food ingredients are all okay. The food ingredients are all okay. At this price point, I would expect the service, environment to be good, but the service attitude is unacceptable.
Asking if we can add milk for a coffee seems very normal to me (please look above at the picture, it's a reasonable amount). It was the first time a server turned around to discuss the addition of milk to me. I feel that at this price point, adding a little milk shouldn't be such a big deal.
The point I am trying to make is, everyone has different preferences, so what's the big deal? Some people like their coffee with more milk, some like to add milk themselves, and some like their coffee strong. At this price point, it is normal that customers should have different preferences, shouldn't there be a little customer service? I've never encountered this situation before, so I feel that the service is really poor.
The server mentioned that if it's too strong, they could add a less coffee, which I thought is a decent suggestion. In the end, the staff agreed to our request to let us add our milk ourselves; but only this one time.
I also saw another customer with a dog, a very well-behaved and quiet dog. The dog was sitting inside a bag, so it couldn't run around. Unfortunately, they were asked to leave. Only takeout was allowed. I wish there are more dog friendly restaurants.
In terms of food, it's okay, but I don't think it's exceptionally delicious. All the dishes are seasoned with the right amount of spices and seasoning. I do get the sense that they put some effort.
The food is not particularly outstanding, the service attitude is poor, so why should I support this place?
