To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事完左工作就去試呢間位於九龍灣既Hidden Cafe,入到去係昭和風格，周圍都係日式海報，仲播住日本電影，氣氛同環境好好，好特別。美食分別叫左芝士年糕，明太子玉子燒，鰻魚茶漬飯同一杯柚子雪笆梳打。首先黎到既係芝士年糕，熱食超好食，年糕外脆內軟，芝士味重。之後到明太子玉子燒，我同同事都覺得明太子同玉子燒好似唔放一齊會好好多，因玉子燒係甜，而明太子又鹹，變左一甜一鹹就會食落去好似各自各既味出黎，如果將明太子放係普通蛋卷就合適啦。至於鰻魚茶漬飯，鰻魚好大條，茶漬飯就同平時日本食既茶漬飯差唔多，冇特別。飲品就叫左柚子雪笆梳打，我覺得柚子既味可以再濃，因為梳打會蓋過柚子既味。
