好同事生日,我都會同佢一齊嚟食餐飯,情意結。坐定定就叫壺普洱茶品吓先。今日我發板,先食件龍蝦餃,龍蝦鮮甜彈加上粉葛嘅爽,再配上芹菜嘅香,咁複雜嘅味道夾得天衣無縫。每一次都叫鮑魚雞粒酥,每一次質素都保持得咁好。黑椒牛柳腐皮卷,牛柳有咬口牛味濃。片皮乳豬皮脆,肉分開兩層,一層肥加一層厚,細細一件食咗都冇罪惡感。蜜汁叉燒半肥瘦加少少🤏燶邊。蟹蓋係用唔記得咩蟹😅,新鮮拆肉,再加埋奶入去炸,鮮甜香脆,配菜上面仲有少少🤏金箔,要食埋去呀。銀杏扒鮮枝竹,睇落好似係甜品咁😅,食落鮮枝竹好滑又香。金銀蛋莧菜,每一條都係一樣長短,唔會有渣。鮑汁花膠鮑魚絲撈麵,每一次都會食,麵爽彈有咬口,仲好好掛滿啲鮑汁,生日當然要食麵啦。食午餐用咗三個鐘,最後食唔到甜品,服務員都知道我哋好飽,送上一點心意,咁就完美一餐。
