今日上鵝頸橋熟食中心食晏,天口咁熱冇乜胃口,諗住簡簡單單食碗麵,所以揀咗波仔記。食晏時間真係人山人海,不過嚟呢度係食味道,唔係食環境同服務,最緊要好食。我揀咗一麵三餸$32,有豬紅、豬皮同豬大腸加粗麵。等咗一陣,大大碗車仔麵已經上枱,先呷一口湯,啱喇!就係細時嗰種味道。豬大腸腸味濃, 煙煙韌韌好咬口,正!豬紅夠軟滑,豬皮夠爽,三款餸都好有質素。雖然而家車仔麵越開越多,不過都鍾意搞搞新意思,味道同食材都揾唔番以前嘅味道。難得呢度仲保存到傳統嘅味道,下次嚟一定要叫多两款餸試吓!

難得呢度仲保存到傳統嘅味道,下次嚟一定要叫多两款餸試吓!
