同印度菜有少少似,但實際用既香料又有唔同,

▫ 正所謂無肉不歡,無論食咩菜都一定要整返個肉
既主菜!呢個摩洛哥塔吉鍋就係我不二之選!
裡面主要有羊柳粒、薯仔、杏脯乾、西梅乾、
橄欖同埋紅蘿蔔混合一齊再炆,羊肉口感軟腍,
肉味好濃烈但唔會好膻,配合埋Cous Cous北非小米,
撈埋Tagine既汁,味道就最夾啦!
