形點莆田已在元朗形點開了好一陣子, 據說這是星加坡來開的米芝蓮菜館,所以決定一試,點了一兩個招牌菜及現推的季節海蠣菜試試。家鄉海蠣湯, 188元6選2,材料很豐富,有芫茜蕃茄,雞蛋,海蠣當然是主角,湯有一點稠,微酸,醒胃,海蠣肥美剛熟,新鮮紫菜海蠣煎蛋,188元,6選2, 用紫菜煎比較罕有,但效果奇佳,很搭配,不油不腥百秒黃花魚,69元每位,據說百秒煮是這道菜的賣點,不過火,湯汁剛好一碗,盡吸黃花魚精華畧帶薑味,鮮是這味菜的特點,調味不多,魚肉鮮甜嫩滑。興化米粉,82元,米粉是新竹米粉,銀絲幼滑,易入口,配海鮮蝦米,齒頰留香。酥炒芋心,89元,外脆內軟,少少甜,確實是手工菜莆田整體服務都很好,換碟也跟得很貼,價錢約250每人,也合理,有空會再幫襯。
