To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食米線一定要去三哥度

講到係香港食米線，通常都會諗起兩間大型嘅連鎖米線店，聞說佢哋係兩兄弟分左家。至於我呢，就一定會去三哥度啦！個人比較喜歡去三哥度，因為三哥既湯底取勝，除咗選擇多之外仲好好味。今次我就點左麻辣湯底，10小辣。其實我都唔算好食得辣，不過10小辣其實都唔算好辣，可以再辣d！因為好想食佢個重口味汁嘅青瓜，所以餸就清清地揀咗雞肉同埋木耳。份量都算合理，令我滿意。最後想推介下依個一人份量嘅重口味汁青瓜，＄12嘅價錢大約有¼條青瓜倒啦，雖然未算好超值，但相比起其他20幾蚊一個嘅小食，一個人食飯嘅話加依個小食都係唔錯嘅選擇，重口味汁都唔會話好辣，所以每次我一個人食米線嘅時候都必定會點依個青瓜，誠意推介俾大家試吓！
