To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗌左個米線，食食下可以食到人地食過嘅骨頭，本身諗住低調解決，嗌咗個姐姐過嚟，個姐姐say曬sorry咁，但係個姐姐話佢話唔到事，我先嗌佢嗌經理過嚟。個姐姐去搵個經理，個經理轉個身就入左廚房，過左好耐先行埋黎話佢地衛生無問題，話係煲湯雞骨。我話有牙齒印喔，個經理話肯定係煲湯留低。跟住個經理又開始打感情牌，又話佢地服務態度有幾好，我地兩個人都俾四人檯我地坐。咁究竟係雞骨定人地食過嘅，見仁見智了🤷🏼‍♀️
