To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Google左幾間素食餐廳，專登入去西灣河食，午飯時間唔算多人，可能大家都唔留意，但係好出奇地依家餐廳🫖嘅味道又幾好食，有時候食吓素菜減少食肉，感覺好似冇咁罪惡感重。茄子豆腐素腩肉豆腐不嬲都好食㗎啦，素腩肉嘅質感都幾似真嘅，佢個味道同芡汁令到層次豐富，送飯都幾好食。燒汁紫菜豆腐餅又係一個豆腐嘅餸菜，但係佢煎香左豆腐，加埋燒汁又係一個送飯嘅菜式，雖然比較乾，但係有燒汁嘅輔助，令到整體嘅口感都容易入口😊☺️。

又係一個豆腐嘅餸菜，但係佢煎香左豆腐，加埋燒汁又係一個送飯嘅菜式，雖然比較乾，但係有燒汁嘅輔助，令到整體嘅口感都容易入口😊☺️。
