To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然去之前已經知道係新開餐廳,所以容許佢會有甩漏/地方要再改善但佢個種甩漏,簡直係甩頭甩髻!!不得不說環境係唔錯位於將軍澳海濱長廊單車徑旁坐係戶外仲可以望到條海罅附近有幾個高尚住宅周圍有唔少外國人加啲想像力就可以幻想一下自己正處身於歐洲小鎮只係誓估唔到個用餐時間真係好似去左食法國菜咁野食味道唔講,因為真係普普通通既西餐,唔係難食又唔係好食最主要想集中係成個用餐經驗首先,用餐安排十級混亂!唔知係未人手緊促,無Receptionist,樓面侍應各有各忙,無人理我地等左一陣終於有一個疑似經理既男人同我地講,宜家唔太清楚可以幾時俾到枱我地,保守估計要一個鐘。但因為佢地無留名制度,所以我地行開左就有可能會俾左張枱第二個...然後佢就走左當我地不知所措既時候,又有第二個疑似經理既女人(全場唯一識做F&B)同我地講,宜家情況好混亂,佢建議我地見到有位就自己坐左先(即係food count霸位方式)等左5-10分鐘,看準時機我地好快就搵到張又細又近路口邊既兩人枱有理無理先落左單一黎叫左一杯白酒一Pint啤酒過左一個鐘頭後終於黎左個Pasta (唔好問我點解唔係黎左前菜先)Pasta Your Own

只係誓估唔到個用餐時間真係好似去左食法國菜咁
野食味道唔講,因為真係普普通通既西餐,唔係難食又唔係好食
最主要想集中係成個用餐經驗

首先,用餐安排十級混亂!
唔知係未人手緊促,無Receptionist,樓面侍應各有各忙,無人理我地
等左一陣終於有一個疑似經理既男人同我地講,宜家唔太清楚可以幾時俾到枱我地,保守估計要一個鐘。但因為佢地無留名制度,所以我地行開左就有可能會俾左張枱第二個...然後佢就走左
當我地不知所措既時候,又有第二個疑似經理既女人(全場唯一識做F&B)同我地講,宜家情況好混亂,佢建議我地見到有位就自己坐左先(即係food count霸位方式)

等左5-10分鐘,看準時機我地好快就搵到張又細又近路口邊既兩人枱
有理無理先落左單
一黎叫左一杯白酒一Pint啤酒
過左一個鐘頭後終於黎左個Pasta (唔好問我點解唔係黎左前菜先)

- 落單時已經問左Waiter哥仔係未可以三選一個Topping,季節海鮮就要加+$25? 佢答係,後來我返到屋企先發現Mediterranean Vegetable都加左$25...

- Bloody Mary Sauce超酸,本身我中意食酸野,都覺得有啲接受唔到
- 份量亦好細
經過一道極似"開胃菜"既主菜後,只令到我地饑餓感愈趨強烈
催左幾次又過左15-20 mins,終於黎多左個 French Fries $68
- 本身係叫左黃金薯條,最後黎左韓式泡菜。但因為距離落單已經過左個幾鐘,已經唔想再同佢計較

另外仲有一個Pizza同Starter未到,之後有個waitress大嬸走過黎同我地講廚房就收,宜家last order啦
我地都仲有兩個野食未黎,同我講廚房就收??
之後waitress大嬸同我地對單,張單又唔係我地張枱既。走左再番黎,對緊既依然唔係我地張單
實在係忍唔住,唯有捉住個(疑似)經理既女人,發現原來之前哥仔落漏左單
佢表示唔好意思,問我地宜家仲想唔想加番order
因為都已經差唔多等左2個鐘頭 (10點鐘個陣),所以我地唔差在等埋佢

望穿秋水終於黎埋個 Grilled Squid $98
- 正如一開始講野食唔係難食,又唔係好食,完全無印象

Mozzarella Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes Pizza $98
- 無特別+1 只係記得好咸

係漫長既等待過程中,仲叫多左一杯白酒同一Pint啤酒,埋單加一$708
真心覺得佢浪費左一個咁好既環境,野食一般,服務惡劣
