To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排与友人行完山，渠地提议去香港仔金记冰室；我才知道渠地又开多一分店。食肆灯火通明；布置简洁，令人有一种闲适感觉。食物方面由于冰室走大众化线路，价钱相宜而食物份量十足；味道整体都唔错。就以今次我们所点的扒餐为例，一百元慨铁板餐有餐汤和饮品，主菜可配饭、意粉或薯菜，算系经济实惠。罗宋汤热腾腾的浓汤内有很多蔬菜，甜甜酸酸甚为醒胃。西冷牛扒配薯菜配黑椒汁 $102两件厚切牛扒足足有8安士，真材实料。厨师火喉控制得宜，约七成熟；因我不太喜欢血淋淋，牛味浓郁。美式杂扒配薯菜配烧汁 $98有簿牛扒、鸡扒、猪扒、肠仔和烟肉，全部大大件；肉质淋滑和味道恰到好处。值得一提的薯条是刚刚炸完，所以外脆内软；食到停唔到口。最后便是餐饮，我们叫左热柠檬茶和热柠水，贪渠能去腻和健康些。岂料当饮品送到我地眼前时竟然见到D柠檬每杯有五片之多，真系货真价实。
