To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次又黎到食肉獸既天堂>>牛角…元朗呢間分店開張多時…都未黎幫襯過…今日假期…居然唔駛等位…就拿拿聲走入左黎啦…飲品普通...無咩特別...旦鼓油要撈混黎食...豚肉成塊豬扒咁大...附有剪刀...方便切開黎燒...其實豚肉唔沾旦鼓油都已經好夠味...只係一小寸骨仔...感覺有dd肥肉...粟米夠甜...南瓜矮瓜比較難燒得好食...因為太薄太乾...反而菇類好味好多...燒完都仲有d水份在內...薑味唔太勁...燒完唔會特別濃..ok好味...羊鞍勁多肥膏...d膏變成油勁搶火...好在有長夾係度...唔係都唔知點算...羊搶火變成全熟...都唔韌...有少少騷...好味...雞胸肉無咩特別...食左咁多肉...特登點左碟蕃茄黎清清腸胃...蕃茄好實淨新鮮又夠凍...生既紫洋蔥一d都唔辣...反而好爽口清新...好夾味...大致上連鎖式集團…餐牌既野食都係一樣啦...只係食肉獸升左lev...唔再只係食肉咁簡單...意猶未盡仲要加多個甜品呢...cheese cake不過不失...反而銅鑼燒比較特別...真係要燒...侍應會換個塊新網比你燒...只係輕輕燒到兩邊有網紋就

反而銅鑼燒比較特別...真係要燒...侍應會換個塊新網比你燒...只係輕輕燒到兩邊有網紋就可以食得...銅鑼燒其實係叮噹鍾意食既豆沙包黎...加左小朋友雪糕入內...燒完之後...包包皮有少少脆既感覺...雪糕並無溶化好多...加上豆沙甜甜地...好有多重層次既感覺...正
