今次應朋友介紹,第一次食「石板燒」🤩一入去發現舖頭好特別,原來係採用自動售賣和自助方式,即係自己用自動售賣機點餐,之後自己拎白飯、醬汁、沙律同餐具等等,而店員會上1成熟的牛扒,需要之後透過已加熱的石板烤熟至自己喜好程度,咁樣鐘意幾生幾熟都可以由自己控制。今次分別點左兩款牛,一係牛柳200g,另一款係牛肩排180g,但份量都唔失禮,仲厚過兩部電話。兩者亦各有特式,牛柳肉質較有咬口,但相對牛味濃郁,而牛肩排雖牛味較淡,但肉質淋軟。兩份牛扒配上粉紅岩鹽、胡椒和自取蒜蓉,味道簡直一流,香氣撲鼻同增加唔少牛肉風味,所以當晚都行左出去裝左三碗飯來伴吃。另外,麵豉湯和椰菜沙律都係免費自取,沙律配上柚子醋簡直令人胃口大開,所以食完成餐飯都好飽,岩晒平時鐘意食肉既食肉獸。
