To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

所謂「活到老學到老」，本局長以堂堂局長之尊，都不忘增值自己。是晚本局長於銅鑼灣進修，放學後身心俱疲，饑腸轆轆，遂決定吃碗米線補充體力。本局長著小二來一墨演懶肉片圖薯粉，煳辣湯底走韭菜，凍檸茶。墨丸大粒軟熟可口，腩肉半肥瘦剛剛好，片頭亦軟硬適中。湯底香濃，薯粉煙煙靭靭，但本局長心生疑惑，此粉呈扭紋狀，豈非另一米線店之水晶粉邪？但無論如何，美道是不錯的。總括而言，此米線專門店食物質素不俗，侍應嬸嬸們服務態度良好，本局長體力得以補充，盡興而歸。
