To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚收工,與副局長聯袂至銅鑼灣,途經一黃色牌米線專門店,遂與副局長入內。一入店內,但覺店內客似雲來,員工頗為忙碌,神色不善。本局長與副局長坐下後,良久無員工協助下單,本局長只好手持餐牌步出走廊,只見員工收碗的收碗,收錢的收錢,無人理會本局長。佇立一會,終有一員工與本局長四目交投,連忙揮手示意下單。本局長點墨丸龍蝦春卷薯粉,副局長點炸醬大腸水晶粉,加一炸春卷同分。食物不過不失,春卷香脆,薯粉可以唔咁稔。而副局長之炸醬過咸,本局長親嚐一口,只想立時飲水止咸。此時發生一小插曲,突然有人狂拍本局長膊頭,抬頭一看,只見一員工目無表情示意要從本局長身後走過,本局長隨即將椅子拉前,心中大為不悅。何解你唔同本局長講,要狂拍本局長膊頭?幸好今晚時值周一,無賽馬及六合彩。頓時想起巴士阿叔有云:「你冇需要你拍我膊頭呀?」最後結賬走人,員工目無表情收錢,總括而言,食物質素一般,員工態度麻麻,全線黑口黑面,未知是否受近日本市政治事件影響心情。
