To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本局長是日與副局長於銅鑼灣至灣仔一帶視察,由下晝行到夜晚,行到腳仔軟之下黎到上環一酒樓,二話不說上去涼下冷氣坐低飲啖茶。適逢今日父親節正日,餐牌上各菜式都比平時貴,清廉既本局長只係點左咕嚕肉同西蘭花桂花蚌蝦球,另配兩碗白飯。兩者皆水準之作,西蘭花唔太硬,蝦球正常,蚌爽口彈牙;咕嚕肉香口惹味,碟中除肉外尚有與肉賣相相同之薯仔,香甜好吃。總括而言,是次雖父親節要捱加價餸,但食物水準above average,本局長與副局長盡興而歸。
