呢間大埔嘅餐廳雖然已經轉手左幾次,但我都從來未試過🤪。今日有個舊同學話想黎試吓,一於陪佢喇。我就點左個特色豬手🐷配黑椒汁同薯菜🍟($72+$4凍飲再加一)。餐包同粟米忌廉湯都正正常常,食到有粟米粒🌽,但感覺係開粉既湯。至於豬手一上枱就發現同我想像中嘅唔同,我以為係德式脆皮鹹豬手,結果唔係但唔緊要。成個豬手呈紅色🔴,好似比南乳醃過咁。不過食落就無顏色咁入肉,好淡口就似係白烚一樣,靠個黑椒汁先有味,肉質就散啲,而且又唔多熱🔥。總括而言,我覺得呢個價錢嘅話可能茶餐廳都好食過佢,我就應該唔會再幫襯🙅🏻‍♂️。而且侍應生態度都一般,可能太忙,食物就值得有好大嘅改善空間🤔。
