To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燉湯套餐有四至五款特色盅湯揀,第一眼望到《蜜瓜瑤柱響螺湯》可惜賣晒🥺,跟住就揀左今季當造水果《無花果蜜棗豬肺湯》,爸爸話呢個湯坊間較為少有!又一碗足料靚湯😍😍 蜜棗,瘦肉,無花果、雲腿、豬肺、南北杏,香甜可口無味精!小妹飲第一啖已經覺得超好飲🥳🥳


▫️銀芽肉絲炒麵
本身想試跟燒味飯個餐,可惜只做下午三點前,於是乎試吓佢地啲碟頭飯啦。肉絲一啲都唔幼,好似肉片對切😆炒麵都好食,味道方面岩岩好!

繼續行均衡營養路線~叫番碟菜食吓,西蘭花點整都咁好食😋


平時成日聽人講「食蛇好燥喎」「秋冬最好食番碗蛇羹補一補」原來唔係咁樣架,係誤會嚟😮其實~蛇性味平,善行氣活絡,四季可用!即使日後想食蛇但又怕蛇羮既話,不妨嚟《蛇王芬》試吓☺️☺️
