To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺公司附近新開，聽個名嚇一嚇以為食蛇🐍，但查實佢係一間茶餐廳，喺9月中開始都有供應蛇羹等食品。但唔敢食蛇嘅我當然係食佢嘅茶餐啦。3.6北海道牛乳炒蛋早餐 $33呢個早餐顧名思義就梗係有3.6北海道牛乳炒蛋啦，除左炒蛋仲有餐包或牛油多士，可以加$2轉奶油脆豬，另外可選一款麵食。當日冇哂奶油豬，就要左奶油多，麵就揀左叉燒出前一丁轉蕃茄湯。佢嘅炒蛋果然好滑有啲奶香。蕃茄湯就好香濃，都比較甜，啱哂怕酸嘅人。埋單都只係三十幾蚊，食到咁飽，抵到爛。最好笑係我地五個人食左$180,收銀阿姐㩒計數機㩒左兩次都出180之後話，個計數機錯呀。可能佢都唔信5個人邊有可能會食得$180咁抵?😂
