去開大角咀,其實成日都經過呢間餐廳,一路覺得佢好特別,因為好少餐廳有成幅牆都係唔同嘅酒。通常就算有啲餐廳放好多酒做display可能都係吉樽,仲要重重覆覆啲口糧紅酒,但呢間幾唔同,真係好多唔同種類唔同酒莊嘅紅酒🍷、白酒、威士忌🥃、香檳、清酒🍶……我都睇唔晒有幾多啦,反正作為愛酒之人終於決定入去食返餐!主食叫左一塊28天熟成牛扒,熟成過嘅牛扒一般嗌5成熟就夠,而相信鍾意食西餐嘅朋友都明白嗌5成係好多時最驚最後出嚟都變左7成,少少紅色都無埋,而呢間餐廳係都準確煮到我要嘅5成熟出嚟,唔會overcooked. 塊扒係肉眼嚟嘅,肉質同埋味道嚟講都偏高質,絕對唔係啲下價食材。另一方面,呢間餐廳其實都幾主打生蠔,首先佢地有唔同配酒食法嘅生蠔🦪,fusion嘢,值得一試第二度無。同埋都係講返飲酒啦,平平地嗌一隻house wine 兩份飲,咁啱又有優惠可以平平地嗌法國st martin生蠔,食下食下每人都啪左4 5隻。

主食叫左一塊28天熟成牛扒,熟成過嘅牛扒一般嗌5成熟就夠,而相信鍾意食西餐嘅朋友都明白嗌5成係好多時最驚最後出嚟都變左7成,少少紅色都無埋,而呢間餐廳係都準確煮到我要嘅5成熟出嚟,唔會overcooked. 塊扒係肉眼嚟嘅,肉質同埋味道嚟講都偏高質,絕對唔係啲下價食材。
