前排同朋友去咗銅鑼灣蠔站食lunch,突然蠔癮起諗住食佢嘅$10生蠔,貪佢嘅性價比夠晒高😋 點知去到已經賣晒,不過好彩仲有其他生蠔揀,我就揀咗平時好中意食嘅Gillardeau,而朋友就試咗隻日本蠔,叫室津。兩款蠔都差唔多成2/3隻手掌咁大,室津食落好creamy味道鮮甜,但蠔味唔算好濃,而Gillardeau就相反,蠔味濃得黎之餘仲有淡淡海水味,好鮮味好好食😋另外主食方面,我哋仲嗌左一個pasta同埋pizza,朋友好中意食鹹蛋黃醬,所以嗌咗個鹹蛋黃軟殼蟹扁意粉,果然好唔錯,每條意粉都勁掛汁,軟殼蟹幾好食,如果再炸得脆啲就完美☺️而pizza方面我哋揀咗有好多料嘅華麗皇室,包括有蝦、帶子、parma ham同好少見嘅魚子醬😯,海鮮同parma ham嘅配搭好夾,而魚子醬更能昇華到當中嘅鮮味,真係幾唔錯!如果個餅底可以再焗得脆少少就會更好食🤤
另外主食方面,我哋仲嗌左一個pasta同埋pizza,朋友好中意食鹹蛋黃醬,所以嗌咗個鹹蛋黃軟殼蟹扁意粉,果然好唔錯,每條意粉都勁掛汁,軟殼蟹幾好食,如果再炸得脆啲就完美☺️
