To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘛,又是一篇已是上年7月應該要寫的食評了,但竟然現在才補完的食評...我現在是學新世紀福音戰士嗎....要10年才補完成功嗎?嘛,其實食這個飯之前,我已經在大食代吃這差不多的東西了,嗯,就是那個「胡椒午餐」了.當然,這個和那個都是一樣,只是這個比那個便宜就是了,嗯.嘛,味道其實沒有甚麼特別的,嗯,因為這些都是自己加上去的醬油的味道,嗯,不過好玩的是那個過程,因為可以自己在那個板上面炒自己的飯,嗯,而且每個人炒出來的飯都有分別的說,嗯就像我炒的和我爸炒的都有分別,我爸炒的就是沒有那些非常可口的飯焦的說,嗯,當然我也不會去教仔炒的說,因為那是我的秘密喔
