To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食譚仔一定係食三哥!點解?唔使問啦,今次食咗雞肉、墨丸、腩肉、竹笙,分別配麻辣及小辣。其實我都食到大辣嘅,但係有時食得太辣,嗰味會蓋過左三哥湯底嗰種香味,所以小辣真係恰到好處!上菜嘅時候,譚仔阿姐嘅譚仔話令到我有賓至如歸嘅感覺。咬落口既墨丸,非常之彈牙;腩肉好煙韌,竹笙索晒湯水,擺入口嘅時候,令到成個口都充斥着譚仔湯底嗰種香濃嘅味道。而就算唔食得辣嘅朋友都接受到!而食譚仔一定要嗌一碟土匪雞翼,佢上面芝麻嘅香味,同佢烤肉嘅手法,可以話係雞翼街入邊嘅法拉利
