To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係7月1日三日長假期既第2日，去左譚仔雲南米線食返個麻辣米線。可能因為7月1日有3日既假期啦，所以今日都唔算太多人去食野，所以唔洗等太耐就有得入座食飯啦。不過，可能我都LONG LONG TIME冇食譚仔雲南米線啦，原來已經加哂價啦，真係樣樣都貴，只有人工唔加講返食物先，都係AS USUAL架啦，黎返個2小辣既湯底，配個牛肉米線，價值HKD$41啦，再加多杯凍奶茶就要TOTAL HKD$51啦。米線方面，湯底夠辣，一口湯一口米線，配合一流呀。凍奶荼奶味夠。譚仔雲南米線果然冇令人失望。
