To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「浦和日本料理」賣點是可以食足五小時,啱晒一眾大胃王。首先刺身方面沒有冰鎮,其實要用冰鎮這是常識吧?!而且這裏的壽司飯也偏大嚿,吃完一舊花之戀及手卷,即刻半飽!燒多春魚非常腥,可以不理。天婦羅的粉漿,從相片看也看得出是非常厚。沒有酒味的「清酒煮蜆」:我們叫了「豬軟骨」,冇晒侍應又唔出聲,無啦啦比左碟「牛孖筋」我哋。好啦,做完「百坦齋主」,這裏有幾項食物都是不錯吃的,例如「炸三文魚皮」、「鹽燒銀杏」、「炸春卷」還有任吃的「牛乳雞肉火鍋」:其餘食物隨影:
